**I found this on SparkPeople and fell in love with this recipe!!!

1/4 c parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter, softened
1 tbsp and 1.5 tsp mayonnaise (I use reduced fat)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp dried basil
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp celery salt
1 lb tilapia fillets

Preheat broiler; grease broiler pan

In a small bowl, mix all ingredients except the fish. Set aside

broil the fish a few inches from the heat for 2-3 min. Flip the fillets and broil for 2-3 min. Remove the fillets from the oven and spread the parmesan mixture on top of the fillets. Broil for a couple more minutes until the topping is lightly browned and the fish flakes easily.

makes 4 servings

1.8 g carbs
10.2 g fat
18.4 g protein

I make this all the time for myself but I skip on the mayo.
    It's so good, fast & easy:wink:
  • You can use plain fat free yougurt instead of the mayo.
