I've always been skinny until I had my first kid and then was never able to stick to a diet until now so I'm a little clueless. I stepped on the scale and my weight was about what I thought it was. Then I got on the next day and had lost 5 pounds. In one day! No way! But my pants seem tighter. I have never been m uch of a water drinker but I drank 10 glasses that day. I think I'm dehydrated because the more I drink the thirstier I get. I'm wondering if maybe the water is what is messing with me weight and making my belly even bigger. If so eventually when my body gets used to that much water it wont make me look bloated right?
