So, I've done the search, and googled, and apparently every conceivable answer is correct to this question, so I figured I'd get a sample from here. Here's my scenario:
I'm on reading week and have a lot of free time. So much free time, that I'm considering going to the gym twice a day. My current routine usually is an hour of cardio because I'm focusing on weight loss, but I'm gradually bring weights into the mix too. The question:
Is going to the gym twice a day too much?
Should I do one session of weights and light cardio, then the other session just cardio?
Thanks in advance!
