it's just another glorified diet. I tried it and lost 5 pounds really quick. It's really low in fat and no carbs one day, low carb the next and high carb the next. You rotate that around and around. You can only have lean meats, limited dairy and NO white carbs or sugar. So, just eat lean and whole grain and you'll be fine0

Too much work in my opinion, keep it simple. Can't imagine the body likes the no carb days much but heck I'm not the pro. It seems like you would messing with your metabolism in a negative way.0

I've really only heard of body builders using this diet on a cutting cycle to lose fat before a competition. And even for them it's a short term way to get the last few pounds off, not really a long term fix.0
