Hi, I'm a little confused about how to log soybeans or other shelled foods. If I want to log 8oz of edamame, it looks like 240 kcal. But I'm obviously only eating the beans, not the shell. Is 240kcal correct, or does that assume we're eating the whole bean? How does it work for other shelled foods? Thanks!
