Yoga. Hot Yoga is also really good. They have some really good stretches that get deep into your hips.0

Hi Theresa, I too have suffered from hip pain, two things that has made a world of difference for me is to make sure I drink 8 glasses a day of water but just has important is walking. At first I could only walk about 1:flowerforyou: 5 minutes at a time before one of my hips would really start to bother me. Each day I would go just a little longer and when I started to feel the pain I would head back. I am up to a little over an hour a day (4 miles) with no pain at all. I cannot stress enough the importance of drinking water, a big percentage of aches and pains are due to dehydration. Thirst is the last indicator of this. Good luck! I hope I have helped.:flowerforyou:
