Fun and Fit Challenge

To those of you in my group and those of you joining:
here is this weeks challenge
FOOD- 75 oz of water, 2 fruits/3 veggies a day
EXERCISE- cardio -2500 calories burned total (today through sunday)
85 jumping jacks a day
5 pushups (or modified push ups if neccessary) a day
weight training 2x (30 min)
toning 2x (30 min) crunches pilates yoga
