Working 18 hour days

I work as an on call obstetrical care provider. If I get called at 0300 and eat breakfast then should I be eating an extra meal if I don't get to bed by 2200 at night? Should I increase my caloric intake to account for the extra time spent working on my feet?
Just wondering?

I'd invest in an inexpensive pedometer so you can account for them in the exercise tab.
You've probably already indicated your high level of activity in your profile, as well, but I would get a $5 or $10 pedometer, as well.0
