    Hi I am pretty new again too.. Just keep track of the food you eat and exercise..lol. sounds easy right?? that's why i am here too.. my advice is one day at a time. and look here for support, in the forums and on your home page newsfeed. everyone is very encouraging.

    Hi! Send me a request too. Drink your 64 oz of water. EVERY DAY! Also make sure your snacks are light and are just enough to tie you over to the next meal, its not the meal lol
