A friend steered me here... I need to mix things up a little weight-loss wise. Hoping this will help.

Anyway, introductions.... My name is Marylee and I've been trying to lose since July or August this past summer. I've lost about 17 lbs. I hit 179 for about 5 minutes and now it's bouncing around between 180 and 182 for weeks. Probaby I haven't been paying enough attention :happy:

I work out at the gym 2 nights a week and do an hour-long yoga class one night a week. I do the elliptical and or the treadmill for 30 minutes--sometimes I combine the two. My yoga style is Hatha. Lots of stretching!

My hardest time is in the evening when I want to graze on EVERYTHING and find myself really craving something chocolate.

I hope to make some new friends here on this journey to our weight loss goals.
