So, I have found my new favorite exercise...rebounding!
I have been getting questions when I log my exercise as to what it is so I thought I'd share with everyone...
This is a rebounder.

The handle comes off, it's just for beginners, I tossed it the first day. It comes with a few DVDs that show you the ropes and a few workouts.
Now I just do the moves to my own music or while watching TV.
It gets your heart rate WAY up and burns as many calories for me as running at 5MPH. And it is FUN!!!
I look forward to coming home and doing my "workout" (ie. "play time") LOL
And it's low impact, good for the joints and knees, and believe it or not, it is an AWESOME core workout. I rebounded for an hour today and it feels like I did a ton of crunches and stuff, my tummy is sore in a good way!
Just had to share!

I have a rebounder, too and love it! We used to have a trampoline until a wind storm took it out. I also use the rebounder to do the Wii runs. Running/jogging on the rebounder has really helped me. My knees and joints are always an issue for me so the low impact makes a big difference.:flowerforyou:
The only problem that I ever have concerns my bladder. I am old and had 5 children!:laugh:0
