Suggestions for making myself work out in the morning?

Thanks everyone! I took the suggestion of sleeping in my workout clothes and that really helped - I just had to roll out of bed, put my shoes on and go. Also, knowing that I was accountable to people helped me get up. Thanks so much for all of the suggestions!!!! It's good to know that I'm not the only one who struggles, but that it can become a part of your routine (even for people who aren't morning people)!
Yea I tell people I sleep in my workout clothes so that I'm exercising before my brain knows whats happening!But seriously it's amazing how much more effort getting dressed feels like compared to running 3 or 4 miles before you are up and going.
