mess with my goal.. Can't but it back.

So I was playing with my goals and since I've lost 7 pounds when I did the calulations it took me down to 1260 for two pounds and 15 something for 1 pound.. I was at 1300 and happy I gain about 200 cals via excerise. I'd like to just put it back .

I lost the pounds in 2 weeks so I know I'm doing ok. I'm just not sure if I should now go with the 1260 or WHAT? Are you suppose to update this from time to time? I'll be jumping around since 'm now in the negative while I wait for a response. lol

    I had the exact same thing happen, mine went from 1300 to 1270. I went into "Goals" and changed it back to 1300. I jsut felt robbed of those 30 calories! LOL!

    As you lose weight, yeah you should update them periodically. However, if you're set to lose 2 pounds a week, then your daily calorie deficit is 1000, so I wouldn't worry about bumping it back up a bit. You can do the "manual" set and set it to whatever you want.
  • I'm going to jog in place for 3 mins to gain it back today and not be in the negative.. I'll see how tomorrow goes.. I hate change lol
