Hello everyone! I just joined this site & im really excited about it. I have been going to the gym for a few months & I was on a roll at first then I got side tracked for a while. But, i'm back on it & want to lose 35/40lbs. Hopefully, joining will help & make it easier. If anyone has any reccomendations or great tips i'm all ears. Thank you!
