Well I started my weight loss journey about the 10th of January. I started out weighing about 222 pounds. when i started I had to leave the confines of my household and make a 2 week pit stop in Chattanooga, tn followed by a 1 week pit stop in lynchburg, va. not the best idea when starting to concentrate on working out/ nutrition in terms of what I was eating etc. well i persevered and made sure I went to the gym almost everyday after work. i did splurge a little but did a pretty good job of watching what I was eating. now since returning I have ramped up my cardio from 20 minute sessions to now doing 30-45 minute session on my lift days, and doing 45-60 minute cardio on non lift days. i do normally lift on M W F, and cardio on T R S, with taking Sundays off to rest. the end result is I have lost 12 pounds and currently I weigh 210 and can now tuck in my t-shirts with out them feeling snug...LOL. my next challenge will be starting on Monday when i will be away from home working for 3 months working 6-7 days a week plus 10-12 hr shifts. well I am hoping to be down to 200 lbs by about April 1st. best of luck to everyone in their own weight loss journeys you can do this !!!
