I got this out of a weight watchers magazine and it was not bad! It was very filling with only 175 calories.
2oz of turkey kielbasa (i used jennie-o turkey breakfast sausage, 2 links, took casing off..couldn't find kielbasa at the store)
1/2 cup egg substitute (i used a low sodium heart healthy egg beaters)
I used a no cal, no fat, no sodium non stick cooking spray. Cooked the sausage then added egg beaters with some pepper.
Its quick, healthy, filling, and easy!
