i just cook to taste.. i sautee onions, garlic , tomatoes, throw in about one and a half pounds chicken with 2-3 tablespoons curry curry seasoning and water to cover... cook until chicken is done adding water if need be..make sure its not too watered down though... then add 1 can coconut milk and simmer for 2 minutes... then just taste or season to your liking... oh yeah you can add potatoes too... i think thats more of a filipino thing... cook potatoes cut like steak fries... it's normally fried then served on top but i dont fry it myself0

When I make curry chicken, I keep it simple. Curry powder, salt and black pepper. It does not last in my house. I season to taste. Sorry I don't measure.0

I don't measure either but I probably use more than 2-3 tablespoons of curry. LOL I love my curry. I also curry beans and lentils as I'd like to return to vegetarian(vegan actually) one day.
I may have to try coconut milk. Last night I used rice vinegar to kinda give it a sauciness.0 -
This is my fav chicken curry. Dont have the recipe at work but I had the ingredients listed in my recipes on here. So here it is
Kraft - Miracle Whip Light, 4 Tbsp
Spice World - Minced Garlic, 1 tsp
Spices - Curry powder, 1 tbsp
Spices - Chili powder, 1 tbsp
Spices - Ginger, ground, 0.5 tbsp
Chicken - Breast, , 1.5 cup, chopped or diced
Mushrooms - Raw, 1 cup,
Tomat - Roma Tomato, 1
Onions - Raw, 0.25 cup, chopped
Rice - Brown - Generic, 1/2 cup cooked
All I do is cook the chicken breast, add the onion, garlic, and mushrooms to sautee. Mix in a separate bowl the Miracle whip and remaining spices, pour over chicken mixture and add tomatoes. cook until heated and serve over brown rice.0
