New and ready to make a habit out of healthy

So I've decided to give this a try once more. And yes, by "this" I mean this whole getting my life back on track and making healthy decisions for myself and my body business. I'm on a mission to learn to love my body and treat it well by nourishing it with healthy foods and daily exercise.
My name is Ariana, I'm currently a freshman in college, and I've struggled with my dieting and binge eating for a couple of years now. I'm sick of this never-ending cycle, so I'm going to do something about it.
No more "dieting" for me--I hate that word. I want to make a habit out of healthy choices, that doesn't mean I don't ever want to indulge every now and then, after all, what's life with so many restrictions? There's a healthier option to almost anything out there these days, anyways.
What I don't want to do is over-indulge, like I've been doing for some time not when I go on my binging cycles. Gluttony is horrible a disease. Moderation is key.
I appreciate any support I can get and would love to increase my friends list to mutually encourage others that are on a similar mission, maybe just to lose weight, but also to gain some respect for yourself and your body.
