My name is Chastity Sexton. I had been epileptic for 16 years of my life. I couldn't go to PE or do any hard activities due to my seizures. I had a hard time keeping weight off of me when I was a kid. When I became an adult, it was even harder. I got pregnant and couldn't seem to get the weight off of me so I starved myself. In 2006 when our daughter was going to turn 4, I had brain surgery. They took out part of my right temper lope that was causing my seizures. Now I have been seizure free for 4 years going on 5. In 2010 I joined the local gym and started going to two classes a day. Than I started training in September of 2010 and I am on the road to figure competition for June 11, 2011. I have lost a bit of weight. I was close to 200lbs. when I started out at the gym and now I am at 156lbs. I have more muscle and a tinier waist line. I have been transformed.

That is sooo amazing. I am glad you were able to get your seizures under control. My oldest had a few when she was 3 weeks old, but it was due to an infection in her brain. That is so awesome, i want to compete one day. Right now I am interning at a bootcamp for training. I get to do hell week next week with the others so I can have the experience. The boss told me I am too fat to work there right now. This was coming off a high of everyone telling me how good I was looking. I have lost 35 lbs since my baby was born 6 months ago. So I have some ways to go. What an inspiration you are-keep up the amazing work and great to know you have a good trainer!!

I'm glad you're not having seizures any more and congrats on losing the weight.
  • I am getting closer to my goal each week it seems. My trainer is very happy with my progress and so am I. I realized that watching my family eat what they can eat and I can only eat certain foods is the hardest part. I am getting through it. All of you keep up the great work and keep me posted on your progress.
