Was wondering if it is poss to make in the morning to drink at work or will it go all manky?
What variations have u tried on the simple banana smoothie?

I make one with a banana and chocolate protein powder. I take mine to work with me and keep it in the fridge. I just shake it up really well and it's been fine. I do have to tell you that it doesn't sit for over a couple of hours.0

love smoothies, not sure how well they keep though., banana does strange things when its exposed to air for too long - bring your blender to work
apple/orange juice, banana, muesli, flax seed, random fruit from my fridge = breakfast of champions0 -
I make all of my post-workout smoothies on the weekends and then freeze them. They're really dense, so they take a while to thaw. I usually put it in the fridge the night before and then take it out and drink it on my way to work (sometimes it takes even longer to thaw) but I've noticed that freezing them preserves the taste and texture better than just popping them in the fridge. I add frozen berries, peanut butter, or even brewed coffee to mine!0

I do green smoothies with bananas in them and as long as they are refrigerated - they last 48 hours. So, you should be fine bringing them into work as long as you are keeping them cold.0

Yep... I put in one scoop of vanilla protein powder for each smoothie that I'm making.0
