LOST HALF A POUND

Well from eating Japanese on Valentines, It took this whole week to get back on track from that and I only lost .5 lbs after gaining 1.5! Hope that now that the weather is getting slightly better I can get out more and add more exercise than I'm already doing. Im going to try Tennis, swimming, and bike riding over the summer to spice it up and make it fun
