I came across this article and wondered what peoples experience was with chia?

No but that sounds very interesting. I think I might try it next time I go to the grocery store.

I just bought a fiber supplement that has chia seeds in it. Will start using it tomorrow. We are not supposed to give brand names but you can find it at the vitamin shop.0

I didn't read the article, but I do eat Chia seeds several times every day. They are a great source of fiber, Omega3 fatty acids, and the like. I believe the amount of good nutritious stuff you get compared to the calories you eat having a serving of them, is well worth adding them to your diet.0
