Muscles can get a workout even without much movement. It's called "isometric" exercise, and it's a godsend in today's push-button society. Here are a few super-subtle moves that you can do whether you're sitting on a bus or sending a fax. No one will suspect a thing!

    ooo this is good - something to do while I am really bored at work!

    That was my thinking, too. I sit pretty much all day long at work, so I might as well do what I can to tone up while tied down to one spot! ;)

    I do the inner thigh and ab exercises EVERY TIME I'm seated on a bus, in the movie theater, watching a play, enjoying a concert...

    I tighten for one scene (or one bus stop) and release for the next OR I tighten during the songs in a musical and release during the scenes.

    I told my husband that I do this and he thought I was nuts. THANKS FOR VALIDATING ME!!!
