Hi everyone,

I'm new here, downloaded the Iphone app first and then realized (duh) there is a whole website behind it.

My goal is to lose about 60 lbs, and just seeing that number scares me. :). I have never been a calorie-counting person, I have (purposely) lost weight on three different occasions in my life (30lbs, 20lbs, and 25lbs), but never counted calories, so this is a new field for me.

I (try to) exercise every day, mostly Zumba (5/week) , cardio mix + weights (2/week), and yoga 2/week. (mix and match of these).

Hope to get to know everyone better.

    If you log honestly, and stick to your "goal calories" (the site will figure them for you!) . . .you will lose the weight, especially if you are exercising the way you do! Good luck reaching your goal weight! Feel free to add me as a friend!
