I did it but only for 1 week. I was so sore and I also hurt my knee really bad. its a bad @$$ workout just pay attention to you posture.0

it is wonderfulllll cardio.... you really break a sweat, you would think you just did cardio for 3 hours straight by the amount of sweat... but its only 40 mins0

I think I'm starting it next tuesday. I have to finish my EA Sports Active 2 program first. I had started it before but managed to get pg a few weeks into it. That'll learn me for trying to get in shape! LOL

I'm only on week two, and it is crazy!! LOL But in a good way, the main you need to worry about is making sure you STOP if you can't hold the proper form, if you start loosing form and continue, then you will definitely be hurting your joints and even possible injuring your knees/ankles/back. I would recommend buying a heart rate monitor if you don't already have one, he tells you a lot to check if you are "safe" because it gets so intense. The main thing is, don't give up, you won't do everything they do, you will get better every time you do it!!0
