Hey team,

I am going shopping because I honestly have nothing healthy left in t he house except lettuce, and junk that my dad buys.

Add to my list, so far, this is what I have:

Eggs
Laughing Cow Cheese
Bananas
Grapes
Bean sprouts
Okra
Clemintines
Salmon
Frozen Veggies (I am running low)
Chickpeas

  • if you like oatmeal it's a great and filling breakfat! I like the fruit and cream oatmeals because well regular oatmeal is kinda gross.
  • My favorites are;


    Yoplait Yogurt (Low Fat)
    Pickles
    Tuna
    Any vegetables and Fruit
    String Cheese
    I love crystal light, if you don't like water thats perfect to give your water a kick.
    Low fat whole wheat crackers
    Quaker Oats Mini Rice Cakes - Sweet Chili.... THOSE ARE Yummy!=)

    I like WW tortillas so I can make quesadillas and egg burritos. Also, I eat a lot of cereal and oatmeal in the morning. I love dried fruit, but I only eat it when i get it as a gift since it's expensive. Walnuts and other nuts are good to have on hand. Chicken breasts. Milk.

    Oh! that reminded me! I got some yogurt and some granola this weekend! I am sitting here wondering what to eat - I'm going to get some!

    Nature's Path Pumpkin-n-Spice Flax plus Granola bars (at Walmart)
    Greek Yogurt I like the honey flavor
    string cheese
  • I keep LUNA bars in the car (the one in the green wraper - toasted nut and cranberry I think - it's the lowest sugar and fat content) makes a great breakfast if I dont have time in the morning!
    Spicy Hummus to dip veggies in
    Ryvita or FinnCrisp crackers (both are great with laughing cow or peanut butter)
    Soda water is also good to dilute juice (it's fancier than just juice and way less sugar/calories)
  • Stuff I buy:

    Leafy Greens - Fresh Spinach
    Legumes - Chickpeas, Lima beans, hummus
    Fruit - Apples, strawberries, bananas
    Grains - Wild Rice, brown rice, gluten-free pasta
    Grainish - Quinoa
    Seafood - Shrimp, Tilapia, Salmon
    Egg Whites
    Chicken Breast
    Almond Milk
    Flaxseed
    Cashews

    Colorful veggies--tomatoes, red bell pepper, avocados, mushrooms, carrots, mixed baby greens. I like to have these on hand for salads.
  • Light and fit yogurt if you want to be good
    Chobani (140-160 cals) if you want to be bad...but when it comes to yogurt I like being bad
    Nabisco 100 cal snack packs
    Luna Protein bars
