Hi there
So I LOVE doing the Wii Zumba Fitness program BUT my goal is exercise for 30 minutes not 20 minutes with it... is it possible to change the timing OR do I need to go up to using the Intermediate level at 45 minutes? OR can I go back and repeat the same song that I just completed before I do the cool down?
OR is there another Zumba program for the Wii that has a 30 minute work out or more options????

There isn't a 30 minute option, but the 45 minute "intermediate" isn't any more difficult than the "easy". In fact, some of the songs are even the same. I'd say go for the 45 minute! You can alway pause for a few seconds if you're dying but if not, then you've burnt an extra few calories!0

I do Zumba also and on days I don't have a lot of time I do the intermediate 20 min (I just started about 5 wks ago). If I have time I definitely do the 45 min one. I have also done the 20 min and then done a few of the single dances which are usually 4-5 mins each! I LOVE Zumba, keep it up!!!:happy:0
