This site says its about 230 calories for 5 oz but Ive looked elsewhere and im getting more toward the 150 mark. 30 calories per oz standard pc is about 4 oz....does anyone know exactly? or at least a closer number? 230 seems like a lot for 1 pc.

Mine are like 100 for 4 oz. I guess it depends on if it's boneless, skinless, stuffed, seasoned, etc.0

With or without skin?0

120-150 is going to be a better range for cooked. Some have rib meat intact too, so watch that.0

It's probably got something to do with pre-cooked vs. post-cooked weight. Also, whoever added it to the database may have included some marinade or oil. I nearly went nuts the other day comparing various chicken entries in the database. I finally settled on using "Chicken - Breast, meat only, cooked, roasted".0

I buy mine from Costco, the un-frozen, Foster Farms kind that are individually packaged (2 to a package). The nutrition label on the package says 4 oz = 120 cals. In the database it's listed under "Kirkland - Costco - Foster Farms Chicken Breast".0

It is 110 calories for 4 oz (raw) of the chicken tenders I usually use. Chicken breast is about the same. (FYI: Sanderson Farm chicken 100% natural chicken tenders, 4 oz)0
