BOOT CAMP newbie

Hi everyone....After 3 years of back to back injuries and sadly a gain of almost 20 pounds, as my 42nd birthday came about - I made a new promise to myself to get this weight off and get back to my Happy Place. So my treat to myself on Valentine's Day was to join a local BOOT CAMP for 6 weeks and get the ball moving FULL STEAM AHEAD. After just 2-days, I am sore all over and flipping LOVE THE FEELING. I have always been really active from skydiving to mountain biking to scuba diving to simple daily lunch hour walks and Saturday morning 30 mile road rides...and honestly I have always really been in tune with eating right yet have my occasional setbacks. No excuses - I am making the most of every second of every day for the next 6 weeks and we'll see what happens. My goals are high, my hopes are even higher.
