I hate meat

Ok so I honestly hate all meats even fish and i can not have seafood .but i will eat ground beef if I make tacos or something that is very seasoned and bacon once in a while.My husband love meats so ugh im left cooking them..But I was wondering what type of vitamin should I be taking?I must add i do eat dairy and eggs.

You don't need to take a vitamin. Lots of vegetarians are perfectly healthy. Just make sure you're getting plenty of protein -- you can get it from dairy, beans, peanuts, quinoa, and other sources.0

Vegetarians don't tend to lack vitamins. You might want to keep an eye on your iron and protein, though.0

As a vegan for years now, you really don't need to worry about not eating meat. Probably a much better idea for you than doing so anyways. As long as you eat varied foods, you'll be even healthier than before. Just make sure to eat plenty of legumes and whole grains.0
