100 Calorie Mac n Cheese for One!!

Just had the biggest carb/Kraft Dinner craving after a workout, so came up with this:

1/5 Package ClubHouse Cheese Sauce
3 Tbsp 1% Milk
1 Package Tofu Shirataki Noodles (Drained); You can get these at Asian grocery stores (T & T in Canada)

1) Heat Milk and 1- to 2- fifths of the Cheese Sauce mix in the microwave for 10-15seconds
2) Mix in Drained Shirataki Noodles
3) Heat again for 1 1/2 minutes in microwave (just until noodles are warm all the way through)
4) Eat, Enjoy, and think back to your childhood when eating a WHOLE BOX of KD didn't matter!

I actually added a tablespoon of Tostitos Con Queso salsa to spice things up a little, but you don't have to. This would add 20 calories....and a whole lot of extra flavour :-)
