I'm meeting people for lunch at Kaya's Kitchen tomorrow and I have NO clue what to order - I can't find any calorie info anywhere! I am too early in on this to want to screw up a day on going out yet - can anyone help? http://www.kayaskitchenbelmar.com/

This place looks great! Wish it was near me. I'd start with a small miso soup (very low cal and filling) then either get the fresh mozzerella salad or the mediterranean salad with dressing on the side so you can use sparingly and track it. Mozzerella cheese is about half the fat of many other cheese, but the protein helps your energy stay high the rest of that salad is mostly healthy veggies.

If you don't like miso soup, you might check to see what makes the green goddess soup "creamy". Usually brocolli or spinach soups have cream or cheese which make them high fat, but this one is non-dairy so it may also be a healthy choice.
