Hello all!
I'm getting over a cold/flu and am feeling a lot better but still feel a bit wiped out, I want to go to the gym but don't want to overdo it (or pass on any lingering germs). What do you guys usually do in regards to exercise and not feeling well or 100%?

Thanks :)

I just wait until I'm better. Once I get back to the gym I take a step back on every exercise just to be safe.

I have heard that if you ailments are above the stomach then working out will actually help your immune system fight it off.... just dont overdue it

If the symptoms are above the neck, I generally go, but I use my perceived exertion and heartrate as a guide for intensity and duration of exercise.

If symptoms are below the neck, I skip it entirely.

Don't get others sick, go for a walk or do something at home.
