? about 30 day slimdown

I'm wondering if I should not do No More Trouble Zones yet since I still have 30 pounds to lose and instead do BL Cardio Max??? Any input there??

I need help figuring out which two DVD's to start next. I will have just finished 30 day Shred and power walking. Out of thses 3 which two would be the msot effective for losing weight.

I think you can mix and match the two. No more trouble zones includes some strength training which will help you build muscle. Muscle burns fat so that should help you get to your goal faster.0

Banish Fat Boost Metabolism is GOOOOD! Whenever I'm in a slump, that one gets me going. I love. I suggest that one. I still don't see why you can't use all three and make a weekly program from it.0

I just started No more trouble zones. Its mainly weight lifting not a lot of cardio, except the warm up. If you want to loose weight quickly you may have to do both. Cardio for weight loss and the other for toning.0

Right now i'm doing BFBM,NMTZ, 6wk6pk & yoga meltdown as my program.It's working wonders. 30 day slimdown didn't have enough cardio days for my liking.0

Yes, the first week is a bit slow; but, then it picks up after that...you can always supplement with cardio0 -
So maybe I will do all three.....the 30 day slimdown incorparatese 3 videos and I really want something different than the Shred and that is included in that program.......lots to think about in a week and half.
