The Biggest Loser Wii Game Help

I have the first biggest loser game for the wii. Every time I select an option out of a category list it gives me an activity, not allow me to select which one. Is there any way I can do this? I do not care for all of the activities in the game so I just want to play the ones I like.

Bump... I would also like to know - how people are finding this game? Fun? Challenging? etc.

I played around with it a little but I just don't get how you select the actual game you want to play instead of the one they choose for you.
