NSV - Fit in much smaller jeans

I was going through my closet and pulled out some of my old jeans when I was not as fat as I became. They were mixed in with a bunch of other jeans some bigger some smaller. I pulled them on, and while they were tight, they fit. I took them off and checked the size, 36" waist. When I started all this I was fitting comfortably in 44", and usually wore 42" but they were tight. Now I can fit in 36" and they are just a little tighter than the 42" used to be.

    I had the same kind of nsv to riley, My 34s that were just fitting comfortably last week I can slide off without undoing them now, it feels great doesn't it?

    Thanks. Yes it is a great feeling to know that all the hard work in exercise and the careful eating are paying off, 34" here I come.
