Hi, I'm new to running (well mostly jog-walking at this point, lol), and was wondering if there are any other newbies in the NW DC area who would be interested in training with me!

I've got some friends that run, but they are definitely out of my league, and I don't want to hold them back on their workouts. So I read that starting out with someone at a similar level helps with motivation and accountability.

So if anyone is interested, I'd like to start tackling the Couch to 5k program so I can do a run in May!

    I work in NW and I live in NE. Im interested in changing up my routine some.
