my diet doesn't officially start until I get some money for the foods I need to buy for the diet I plan to start. I'm planning on doing a series of 3-5 day diets in alteration hoping to shake up my metabolism a bit. I have a structured plan to help me, the only thing it doesn't include yet is an exercise regiment which I'm working on. Maybe someone here can help me achieve that? It would be very helpful! Last year I was able to lose 50 lbs by just cutting back on salt, cheese, and butter, not going out so much, and exercising more, and it felt great. I've been steadily gaining weight though, and am almost as heavy as I was before I lost that 50 lbs....and I would like to see that number drop, and stay down.
