I'm new too!

Just wanted to say hi! Loving how much control this gives me over everything food and exercise related. It's very motivating seeing what I need to do or eat/not eat to reach my goals for that day/week. I lost 27 pounds before, and put most of it back on. So...here we go again! Just hoping this time I can lose and keep it off!
