Lap Band Patient Who Needs Help

I was 285 and 5'5 at my bottom. I received my Lap Band procedure on the 16th of the February 2009. I am now 194 but have hit a extreme plateau and am no where near the weight I am to be for my age, sex, and height. While visiting my brother, he introduced me to myfitnesspal.com . I thought it would be a great assist in my hope to complete this journey before the year is over.

Hi I have a band also. What size band is it and how much do you have it in? Is there room for a fill? Maybe that's all you need in order to lose a bit more.
