I was wondering if anyone out there knows an average of how many calories are burned doing The Firm Circuit Training w/ Fanny Lifter. I know my best bet is to get a HRM, but I don't have the money for one right now and plan on getting on soon. Until then, any help would be great for tracking my exercises!! Thanks

when I do the firm my HRM says I burn around 430 calories. I know it all depends on your build also, maybe that will help.0
