You should ask your doctor. You might not be deficient in anything. Or you might be deficient in a lot of things.
The general consensus is that a multivitamin is all right for just about everybody. Beyond that, it's really personal need.0 -
I cant take the pill form so i experimented with the gummy form, and the one I love and been using for months is from Natures bounty yourlife adult gummies+fiber..taste great and no after taste or stomach upset, has helped me to not get sick:happy:0

Agreed- taking a multi-vitamin is fine for just about everyone, but if you want to take specific, individual vitamins you should check with your doctor first and get blood work done to see what, if anything, you are deficient in. You can end up making youself sick if you overload on vitamins that your body isn't lacking.0

I take a Women's One a Day and it seems to be a good supplement for everything I'm not getting out of food. I also take a B complex for more energy and a D complex through the winter to help a little with depression (It helps with the Seasonal Affect Disorder)0

Thanks everyone. Yes i do kno that i need to take vitamin D for my bones and iron supplements. But i'm sure thinking of B complex cause i seem to run out of energy from running all day.0

I take Stress Ease, which is really just a B vitamin complex. Stress does nasty things to my body and with my career, its a good thing to have lol
I take vitamin B12 as well to help metabolize carbs, fats and proteins
And because I hate taking more pills than I have to, I take my multivitamin and vitamin C in chewable form. I don't generally get sick or anything but the vitamin C is more for replacement of vitamin C since I am a smoker and an added precaution being around sick people often in my line of work.0 -
I take a prenatal vitamin (we are TTC), Vitamin D supplement, and I also take Fish Oil daily. During my period I take Ferrasorb...an iron supplement.0

Any women's multivitamin with iron should be fine. If you want additional supplements you can always look into Fish Oil (probably the best 'other' pill you can take), fiber depending on your diet, and protein shakes/supplements.0

I take arbonnes daily power packs It contains 5 supplements with multivitamins, multiminerals, probiotics and enzymes, along with bone health and antioxidant. I have learned that 60% of vitamins dont' absorb. You aren't always what you eat your what you absorb. So thats why I went with these they absorb and work. Even helped me not have acid reflux anymore. There are no artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners, cholesterol, saturated fats or trans fats and no animal products. Many capsulas are made from animal fat that doesn't break down.0
