I don't do so well with clubs but I'm happy to add friends who have 100+ lbs to lose. My SW was 330.2, I'm at 278.2 now and hoping to get down to 175. I exercise and eat in moderation and focus on healthy nutritious food and a sustainable exercise program.0

Hello everyone, I would love to be friends with whoever wants to add me. I started on here at 304, at 267 at the moment. However, I have been dieting since the age of 8, when my Father put me on a tuna fish diet. My highest weight was 368. At that point I had gastric bypass, it probably saved my life (felt like I was on the verdge of a stroke), but it did nothing to fix my self talk, my emotional eating etc. That was back in 1995. I started MFP at 304. I had lost a lot of weight two years ago, but gained 2/3 back, mainly because I started freaking out with all of the lose skin and no boobs.. and my long distance man friend was a boob man... My head is in a much better spot now.... Anyway, would love to be your friend so I can follow your progress and be inspired by you and maybe you by me.. thanks, Margie0

i'm pretty sure i got to 300 (or at least REALLY close) over the summer. i started here a little over a month ago at 275 and lost 20lbs so far this group sounds awesome. there's way too many of those "girls who need to lose 3 or 4 pounds by swimsuit season" groups. not that i have anything against them...i'm just sayin lol0

Congratulations on starting this lifestyle choice. I'm like you. I love how I can enter the calories, etc. wish I'd had this before, but maybe now is the time we're both ready for this. I'm also heading to the gym, trying for 6 days a week.The first week was kind of embarassing (everyone tends to be in terrific shape there), but now I'm into my second week and finding people are awfully kind and encouraging. Every day I feel a little more confident, and happy with myself. Good luck.0 -

Im in. started here about a week ago. Im at 313.5. Tomorrow is my first weigh in. Im super nervous and excited at the same time. My goal weight is right around 150. Def in need of support. I am so in !! I go to the doctor this friday for a weigh in! I have been here since Feb 11th. No sure how much I have lost. I am scared and stressing over what that scale will say on Friday. The Doctor wanted me to have wieght loss surgery but I want to do it myself with the help of My Saviour Jesus Christ and the support of friends new and old. Add me I will do my best to be your cheerleader. I know that we can all do this. One day at a time, one meal at a time, one pound at a time. We didn't get this way overnight and we cant loose it overnight either. The journey will not be easy and we will have to work hard. But small successes become large victories and the finish line is there waiting for us to cross it.
I have been overweight since like 6 years old. I am well over 300 pounds and want to get down to 170 . Havent been there since 6th or 7th grade. Awww that sounds so awesome...... God Bless each of you in your journey to better health.0
