i need to lose 100lbs! ugh! so.. any cool meal plans? i got a couple, but says i consume few calories..... hmmm?

    I'm just trying to eat as simple as possible for my meal plan. With a protein and a carb in each meal (if I can) or just a protein.

    For example, a day for me might be:

    Breakfast: 1 hard boiled egg and an apple

    Snack: Cottage cheese

    Lunch: Apple and peanut butter

    Snack: Edamame

    Dinner: Fish or chicken and a vegetable

    And then if I get hungry in between those or after dinner I'll throw in another protein snack, like a couple pieces of cheese. This way I count calories and can estimate my food bill for the most part.

    I try to stay between 1200-1300 calories/day and then exercise 200 more.
