healthy roasted red pepper sauce??

Hey everyone. I went to Tumbleweed and had there Roasted Red Pepper Pasta and it was so good. I am sure it isn't the healthiest, but was wondering if anyone had any recipes like that to share. Thanks.

A while ago I roasted lots of peppers ,toms ,onions,celery,and some garlic then blitzed it all down it was lovely .
