Greetings ... I am trying to get healthy and prepare for my wedding in September. Need motivation. I am trying too many things at one time to get results. I am eating better, drinking more water, and exercising at least 5 days a week. Need new an exciting recipies and exercise routines. Ready to get outside when the weather breaks to run and test my resolve. Suggestions?

    Welcome to MFP! Congrats on your engagement. If you're looking to get into jogging you may want to look into C25K or 'Couch to 5K' program. Good luck to you!

    Love couch to 5k- unfortunately my lungs do not. I had to give up my running. (I was one in hs) I keep trying though. I have found I like bodypump, YOGA, and zumba much better now though.
