Greetings ... I am trying to get healthy and prepare for my wedding in September. Need motivation. I am trying too many things at one time to get results. I am eating better, drinking more water, and exercising at least 5 days a week. Need new an exciting recipies and exercise routines. Ready to get outside when the weather breaks to run and test my resolve. Suggestions?

Love couch to 5k- unfortunately my lungs do not. I had to give up my running. (I was one in hs) I keep trying though. I have found I like bodypump, YOGA, and zumba much better now though.0
