Weighted Balloon

Every time I gain weight, it's as though I just balloon up. I don't gain it in one particular area, all areas just get bigger. This is my third attempt at MFP. First time, I made it five weeks. Second time, I made it four months. This time, I'm going for gold!

After losing almost 20 pounds last year, I've gained it all back plus some. I'm tired of feeling so blah all the time! I'm tired of buying bigger pants! I'm tired of only craving fatty foods, and then feeling guilty after eating!

I'm hoping with more realistic goals, I'll be more successful in reaching and maintaining them. Hopefully I can get my roommate on board for some in-home support, but I'm also going to need some online support!

So this is me, Sprakit, putting myself out there. I'm 198 and 5'9", in my profile picture I was 160 something. My goal is 165, however long it takes.
