I am beginning to take over the kickboxing class at the gym. It is a super popular class, utilizing free standing heavy bags. The current instructor uses the add-on method, it isn't a pre-choreographed class. She feeds off the class a lot and is kind of go with the flow. Everyone loves it because it is different every class.
I know I can do what I would like with the class, but want to keep it similar since it is so popular.
Any tips for the class? I have written down some notes and combos to keep take away some of the fly by your pants-ness of the class.
