Nordictrack Audiostrider 800 speed is not shown by mph. It is just shown by numbers. What speed would I have to be going to equal walking one mile in 15 minutes at 4.0 mph)? I found out that 1008 revolutions is equal to one mile, but I don't know what number my speed should be at to equal walking one mile in 15 minutes.

    I don't have the answer to your question ... but I love how MFP edited out the middle of "Nor****track". :laugh:

    I'm guessing there was an accidental "k" in there...
