The fish i cooked for dunner was half the size due to a massive bone so the amount served wasnt as much, should i amend the cals or leave as it is? Uncooked it was 200g, cooked and served was just less than 100g?

I would adjust the calories to reflect the cooked weight.0

I would adjust the calories to reflect the amount you actually ATE. I doubt you ate the bone... lol.0

I would adjust it to the portion you ate. Yeah, it weighed more because of the bone but you didn't eat the bone... so those calories aren't reflected in your intake for the day.0

I agree only log what you eat so I'd adjust it.0

me too! Adjust it so you are logging what you eat. Now you have room for dessert! :bigsmile:0
